All Legal actions against Hon. Brian Scavo has been dismissed and thrown out of court ,
A corrupt mayor ,and a corrupt chief of police allowed these false legal actions to precede but most were test cases without legal merit or any legal basis in fact or merit, in every case the defense for Hon.Brian Scavo proved perjury, but the district attorney office failed to take action . Hon.Brian Scavo was the lead investigator and his valuable military experience was paramount in defeating these false and frivolous legal actions all were politically motivated to injure and embarrass and destroy the legislators reputation.
I must also thank Judge E David Duncan, and Hon. Sara Duncan for proving Legislator Brian Scavo
innocence beyond a shadow of doubt.
In response to the district attorney inaction and incompetence and failure to proscute the real wrong doers , Hon.Brian Scavo filed an article 78 against the district attourney as did a local judge
None of these false legal actions could stop Hon. Brian Scavo from doing his job as a legislator , Hon.Brian Scavo went on to create some of the most ground breaking and innovative laws ever created in Albany county New York and it is a great honor to serve the people of Albany county and New York State.
